Reiki is a complementary therapy relating to energy healing. It works with the energy fields around the body and involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner’s palms to the client. People use it for bringing a deep sense of calm and healing back to the body both for self and in healing sessions. 
Using awareness and consciousness the vibrations in and around the client are changed to enable the bodies own healing abilities. There is something so profound in the shift that can be achieved in Mind, Body and Spirit during a Reiki session.
